How-To: Get a complete list of installed drivers on your PC

Wendy Boswell of Lifehacker has written this interesting post on getting a complete list of the drivers installed on your Windows XP/Vista/2003 PC. This trick is a pretty simple command which can be run through your command line.

Follow the steps below to get the list of installed drivers on your PC

  1. Click on Start -> Run.
  2. Type Cmd.
  3. At the command prompt, type driverquery.
  4. The driver list is generated.
